Against distractions...every time I try to focus on something, outside distractions and outside noises cut into my brain and it breaks my concentraction. For me to focus on something to it's completion.without the distractions.

About distractions.Whenever I try to focus on something, there's distractions from people talking outside my window, barking dogs, screaming babys, car alarms going off. So it cuts into my brain so that I can't concentrate. For "focus time."
