dead spiritual wife body afflictions

Good morning and win today. I have spirit of dead, spiritual wife, body afflitions and moving objects all over my body. I was afflicted in the dream into seeing snakes and the moving objects all the time spiritually. I am an object piecing my lungs and I am tormented and in disconfort all time.
