cold outside

Lord, my mom has totally neglected the apartment. She postpones some repairs and shopping for years. Lord, let her repair toilet, phone wires/connection and let her buy a new fridge - she relies on the cold outside??. She has money but she has fears. Lord, please let her come to senses.
