bad nausea food poisoning

I have really bad nausea, food poisoning, dizziness, anxiety and depression. I need to go to the ### and I ate bad food last night. I'm really depressed and I need a job. I have to catch a ferry today for ###-### hours and I'm so tired. I need help to not get sea sick.
