Please pray I have bad agitation my leg is so restless I can't even keep kneeling to pray. Also, I'm smoking so much; I'm meant to be cutting down and I did well for a couple of days, but now I'm finding it hard to even wait for 10 minutes. It's the wide road to hell, but even that can't stop...
