anti psychotic drug

I have a telephone appointment with my Psychiatrist in half an hour and am very anxious as don't know what to say. He wants to add in an anti Psychotic drug to my Antidepressant which isn't really helping my OCD and anxiety but I am worried about side effects. So would truly appreciate prayer...
