Dear Lord,

Thank You for the home You have provided for our family. I pray that my heart would always be content for what You have for us and tuned into You for guidance. I pray I can help my husband as we build our home up. I pray we can get on a good schedule and routine that enables us to do Your will and spend quality time together. May Your Holy Spirit speak to my husband and I about how to be diligent and good stewards of our time. I pray that every aspect of our home can be used...​

 

Dear Heavenly Father,

My heart is burdened over the unforeseen threats that come against my marriage as well as against other people’s marriage. There are so many things in this world that can bring us down, hurt us, or threaten to steal our joy. I pray protection over all of us that no matter what the circumstances are, we remain steadfast, trusting Your will for our lives. I also pray our marriages are stronger than ever, able to withstand any such threat in Jesus’ name AMEN!​

This world is crazy, chaotic, and quick. Everything is fast pace, problems compile, issues simmer, and there seems to be no time to address much of anything, let alone just rest. Evil parades around and takes lives. Terrorism strikes fear in the hearts of everyone. Please give us peace among the chaos in life. Quick note: I’m on Day 21 of not feeling well. No lie. I’ve had two Covid-19 tests, both negative, and my primary care physician is now playing Dr. Gregory House, trying to diagnose a weird set of symptoms that include extreme fatigue and brain fog—which have made it difficult to get work done. I’ll be fine, but when I’m gone from my site and communities for a while, I like to explain my absence.
