We pray we would be gentle in the way we interact with one another. We pray we would be gentle in our every action and every word that comes out of our mouths. Dear Lord,

Thank You for showing us the importance of rest. We pray we would be more intentional to find ways of resting and recuperating. We pray we would not overextend ourselves. We also pray we would have eyes to see when we are pushing each other too hard. Please use us to encourage each other to take the time to rest and do things that replenish our energy and not just take it. We pray our choices to find ways of slowing down to rest would honor You in Jesus’ name AMEN!
