Thank you for this life and thank you for allowing us to know You. Lord, we pray that Your people would prepare themselves for Your return. Lord, cleanse Your bride and make us holy. We eagerly await the day that we will be with You and see You face to face. Make us ready.

Dear Lord,

Thank you for another day to grow and learn in our faith. Marriage has been one of the greatest tools You have used to shape our faith and character and we thank you for that. Lord, we pray that husbands and wives would strive toward oneness with each other. We pray they would take what 1 Corinthians 7:4 says seriously. We pray we would take it seriously. Lord, make us one. Bring us closer together than ever before.

Dear Lord,

Thank you for the beautiful gift of sex. Thank you that You have given us sex as a way to grow closer together, build trust, relieve stress, strengthen our bond, give pleasure, and create children. Lord, we pray for husbands and wives to intentionally work on the sexual intimacy in their marriage. We pray that they would grow in oneness. Lord, the enemy has used this beautiful gift as a curse in so many ways, and we pray that You would now redeem it in our marriages.

You are our rock and our fortress and our deliverer. Our God, our rock, in whom we take refuge; our shield, and the horn of our salvation: our stronghold. Thank you for Your strength and thank you for Your might. Lord, You are strong, but also gentle. You comfort us in times of pain. You remind us that these trials are temporary, and that they cannot be compared to the coming glory that awaits. Thank you!
