First let me say, I love the Bahamas. I am an island girl, I love crab, that you have to dig up out of the holes in the ground, not into craw fish or lobster. I love my fish with the head on, the eyeballs, tongue & brain are very tasty. I love to smell the fish & conch around the docks. I love the accent & colloquialism.
