I think we have to remember that in a democracy, such as the U.S.A., The People choose the President. It is "government by the people." It is historical fact that at one time over 70% of Americans not only attended church, but also mid-week services, around 1930. Last I saw that figure was down to around 3%. We are a post-Christian nation. We can't expect a Godly leader from an ungodly nation. Jesus said, " A bad tree cannot produce good fruit." When the Israelites asked Samuel for a King, God said they were rejecting Him, not Samuel (1 Sam 8:7). Praying for America to continue to be a Christian country. A place where missionaries are trained and sent to the world to be a light that shines for Jesus. God gives many blessings to all His children who love Him with all their heart, mind and soul. The biggest blessing that He has given us is His only begotten Son wo came to earth to save us from all sin and evil. And He is coming back soon to earht to take us all home to glory.
