Jesus did not say pray for the sick when He released the disciples, but, "Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons. Freely you received, freely give" (Matt 10:8). He also said, "lay hands on the sick and they shall recover" (Mark 16:17-18). 17 And these signs will accompany those who believe: In My name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; 18 they will pick up snakes with their hands, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not harm them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they shall recover" (Mark 16:17-18). Take time out of the equation, that is God's part -- He said "lay hands on the sick and they shall recover." Q. Are we believing this and laying...
I have come to realize that, where God is concerned, there is no such thing as coincidence. In my journey, particularity: All that has been, and all that is yet to be: every action, inaction, reaction and consequence thereof, is exactly, "As It Is Written." About five years ago, I wrote a letter to a select few of God’s elite/elect, seeking assistance with bringing forth my testimony. Unlike the letter in Jeremiah, my letter contained no prophecy. It was, at its’ core, a request for guidance. BUT GOD, foreknowing His own people’s insubordinate nature, promised, “I will help them; I will direct their work, in truth.” For certain, God has been navigating my life through the book of Isaiah. It is my assessment, that...
Love of God means loving the unloveable. To care for them. To fast and pray for the salvation of their soul. Holy is the Lord our God. His love reaches throughout all generations. To forgive is another of love toward others. Means to pardon the unpardonable. We have sinned against God in so many ways. In word, in thought and in deed. But the love of God that passeth all understanding pardon all our sins that were done against Him. O Lord, we bow down before You in praise, in adoration, to honor You. To thank you for all the wonderful things. This is the reason why we should bless the Lord all the days of our life. I will bless His name and give Him glory for His love will never ever end. Hear this. And the peace of God...
Good Reminder, Jesus' Authenticated David's Psalm (Mark 12:36)... "David himself, speaking by the Holy Spirit, declared: 'The Lord said to my Lord: "Sit at my right hand until I put your enemies under your feet."'" Peter authenticated Paul (2 Peter 3:15-17)... 15Consider also that our Lord’s patience brings salvation, just as our beloved brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom God gave him. 16 Paul writes this way in all his letters, speaking in them about such matters. Some parts of his letters are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the rest of the Scriptures, to their own destruction. 17 Therefore, beloved, since you already know these things, be on your guard not to be...
Just a quick note that the software running on this site has a pretty major upgrade ready. For example, it will introduce clubs (social groups) which we used to have many years ago. This will allow members to have their own groups separate from the main forum. There are many other features also (see below). Please note that during the upgrade, the site may revert to a plainer looking form until customizations can be put back in place. Regards, pradmin Highlights There's a lot of new feature in 4.2 but here are a few of the highlights: Promoting Content - A new way to promote content in your Community internally, on Facebook, and on Twitter...
For in HIs presence there is healing divine. He will cleanse your heart. He will purify your soul. He will make you a new person. So, our house should be a place for Bible study and prayer. My Favorite Sermon . . . God never ceases to amaze me in His ability to take that which appears small on the surface, and exalt it beyond measure. Three of my favorite statements in the Bible are comprised of some the smallest words in the English language, in terms of “character composition.” Yet, because of the character of the composer, they are the most meaningful and the most powerful words in the Bible: I, AM, BUT, GOD, YES, AMEN. Hence, my favorite sermon is “But GOD,” because when you know who “I AM” is, “But God” is promised: And, to all of the promises of God, is “Yes and Amen.” Have a “But GOD” day!
