Q: Why does God love us? I know that God is a God of love, but why does He love us sinners? A: God loves us because He is love. I know of no better way to describe it. God doesn't love us because we deserve or have somehow earned His love, He loves us because in His love He has forgiven our sins and adopted us as His children. God loves us not because of who or what we are, He loves us despite of who or what we are.
