The Lord's Prayer has Two Parts, 1) God's Part, and, 2) Our Part... In the first part, Jesus reminds us to forget our own needs briefly because The God of Heaven already knows what we need before we ask, has become our Father through the blood of Jesus and The Holy Spirit of adoption, that He is in Heaven (that place that is Perfect and Governs Earth). He already knows and cares about our needs since we under His care as children more important than lilies that are splendidly clothed and birds that are well fed. To build our faith, honor and respect, Jesus gives us three God-focused priorities for to pray (His Name Be Honored, His Kingdom Be Promoted [and Actually Appear in Fullness at His 2nd Coming] and His Will would Be...
Many Christians including Hal Lindsey in some of his books talk about the paperless banking will evolve into computerized money control, and eventually the the chip technology(if that's how it happens} to enable the Antichrist. If that's the way, I've seen "signs of the times". The credit union where I make my car payments has done away with deposit/withdrawal slips, and the bank where I have my account, it still has some slips, but says they're not needed anymore, they can do it computerized. So after hearing about it, here I am seeing it with my own eyesNow figuring my info by computer is a different thing than stamping "666"on people, but it's heading in that direction.
"DEEP MEDITATION IS THE KEY TO UNDERSTANDING." (Know this and know it well. A parable, or an allegory story designed to illustrate or teach a moral lesson...to convey a meaning indirectly by use of comparison.) "Ponder these words carefully."........The Divine words tell us precisely...what you see is not what is meant...'They look and look, but do not see.' "When...and IF...one truly turns to the Lord, it should become clear, we do so only in Meditation, by turning away from the Intellect...to the Spirit." 'LIFT THE MASK OF SATAN...AND YOU WILL SEE THE FACE OF GOD.' "Here lies the profound significance of...LOOK WITHIN...to find the answers to ALL THINGS." "In understanding the hidden...
Sometimes when dealing with unsaved people,it helps to know their nature to reach them.We know about addiction, whichI think is just as much psychological as physical.(After all, when the person first STARTED with alchohol, smoking, drugs, they weren't physically addicted . But I know a person or 2 who are obsessed with the occult, not just believe in it like some, but sit by the tv for hours and hours watching shows that glorify mediumship, etc.I'm wondering, then, is that level of fascination with the occult considered an addiction?{I mean, the fact that they go back over and over to it, saturate themselves in it,can't break away from it.In other words, does an addiction have to be to drugs, cigarettes, alchohol?Or can it be a...
Bless you . . . for mercy triumphs over judgement Particularly those of you who labor in mischief from your secret place to set stumbling stones: accusing, convening yourselves in an evil matter, operating in lies, the spirit which is not of GOD, which you have either formulated or believed; some doing so, even in His name. May God bless you with His very presence for in His presence is fullness of joy. In His presence is Righteousness . . . for He is Holy. In His presence is there grace and mercy upon which the gospel is fulfilled: Luke 6:31 “And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.” But God, who has given unto all, “free will,” knows all things and He will expose your...
We think of persecution,we think of being thrown to the lions under Nero,or being beheaded by the Antichrist. But I think I've seen(and experienced}non-physical persecution.Let's say a landlord of an apartment building has a Christian tenant who has, in conversation to a few neighbors, witnessed to them..One neighbor sneaks behind the Christians back and complains to the landlord. As it's been my experience with unsaved people, one wrongdoer sides with another,so the landlord starts causing all kinds of problems for the Christian tenant.{BUT YET THERE MAY BE DRUG ADDICTSAND MANY WHO ARE ACTUALLY DOING BAD AND THEY LOOK THE OTHER WAY},{Moreover, the tenants are blasé about the real wrongdoers, but the one who did a good thing, they turn...
Love of God is not a temporary madness, nor a passing desires that will fade away in time. It will never erupt like volcanoes and then subside. The deepest love of God for us is sending Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. O deep, deep love of Jesus, vast, unmeasure, boundless and free. Rolling as a mighty ocean in its fullness over me. Underneth me, all around me is the current of Thy love. Leading onward leading homeward to Thy glorious rest above. I will be faithful to You o my Lord and my Savior. I do bow before Thee to follow all the way to heavens gates and enter into Thy glorious presence. To worship You, to praise You, to adore Your holy name for all eternity without an end of anything.
In 2 Timothy, we get a rundown of all the bad traits of people living in the last days, and why it will be difficult to deal with. Well, I wonder if some of you have noticed some of the same traits I have, but of the ones I think have increased since the past, the 2 main ones I notice are selfishness and rebellion.(And with the rebellion, let's say arrogance.}I notice it, but I've also had personal experience with it. Like, at least in the past, once you brought up something someone did wrong to you,, they at least might have realized it and felt somewhat guilty, and either apologized, or at least the next day they might have. Now, they have the arrogant attitude that they can do whatever they want, and if it inconveniences you,who...
Interesting__How can we tell the difference between a Christian who's just backslidden at a given time, and 1 of those who Jesus said ,while claiming His name, will not enter Heaven?{Not every who calls Me Lord. Lord will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in Heaven".And,"In that day many will come to Me and say,"Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons and do many mighty works? And I will say to them,"Depart from me, ye workers of iniquity,I never knew you."{Meaning, they're wolves in sheeps clothing.Yet they TALK much" Christianspeak."So can we{and how}tell the difference between them, and just a Christian who "falls back" into old sin habits? The other...
Have you ever loved so much that it was just incomprehensible? I thought I had experienced ultimate love when my children were born, but it wasn’t until I was born again that I realized what “TRUE LOVE” really is. There are times when I stop short of thinking: If only He knew how much I love Him. But, I know that because He’s omniscient, He does. What I’m really thoughtfully, trying to express in those moments is, because of my humanity, not only can I not perceive how much I love Him, but the depth to which He loves me is so unfathomable and incomparable that my understanding can never reach it in its’ entirety. Um Good I L Y O U V E J E S U S...
