Effective criticism Monday 22nd October 2018 'If a brother sins against you, go to him privately and confront him with his fault.' Matthew 18:15 TLB The Bible tells us to 'encourage one another and build each other up' (1 Thessalonians 5:11 NIV). But sometimes, we do need to point out when someone's going down a wrong path or making decisions that are harming themselves and others. Nobody likes criticism and no one likes to hear the word 'no', but sometimes it's necessary. We just need to ensure that we're saying it in a loving, constructive and sensitive way. Jesus reminds us that we can point out where others have wronged us, but we should try and resolve it privately before involving anyone else (see Matthew 18:15-17). And we...
Jesus said clearly to all of us who are full of depression, full of worry, full of fear and loneliness has set in our hearts. I am the Lord that heals you. Ex.15.26 What does God heals us from? 1. Hate 2. Anger 3. Rage 5. Dissaster. 6. All kinds of troubles satan brings to our life. Come to the Lord just as you are. He will give you a new heart, a new life and the peace of the Lord that passeth all understanding shall fill your heart with joy.
One thing I think makes it easier for the devil is that people have this "copycat" way of thinking."the world" I think describes the worlds way of thinking, like worldly trends.Don't you notice something? A "trend" starts, and then before you know it, everyone is copying it, without even thinking, just, they see others do it, and they think it's "in", and follow. They may not have any personal high feelings for it,but follow aimlessly. Some "trends" we've seen are, lately everyone and their cousin believes in the occult, compared to the past when certain who do that now, didn't "back then."Women with holes in their jeans at the knees: black teenagers with their pants pulled down, showing their underwear; rings in ones nose;and even drinking...
You can't handle it alone! Sunday 21st October 2018 'You cannot handle it alone.' Exodus 18:18 NIV The Bible says that we should care about the 'interests of the others,' not only our own (Philippians 2:4 NIV). But sometimes we can take this too far. We try and be everything for everyone, seeing it as our responsibility to help whoever asks with their problems. As part of the body of Christ (see 1 Corinthians 12:12-31), we all have a responsibility to be there for others, but we can all offer different things. Sometimes God will use us to help others, other times he'll use someone else. It doesn't always have to be us. Moses had to learn this lesson. He was wearing himself out physically, emotionally and spiritually trying to...
This is not for religious people who dont believe in spiritual warfare, but is for anointed prophetic and apostolic people: By the power of the blood of Jesus i forbidd any negative witchcraft, manipulative, or religious comment in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ: I bind all evil spirits wanting to steal from believers the word and power and authority that they have in Christ, in Jesus name, amen. Who you are in Christ, LIFTING UP IN CHRIST JESUS AUTHORITY
I found this article on internet, i think many of us dont know this or are forgetting this, and dont hear it preached from the pulpits: GOD HAS DESTINED YOU TO REIGN AND RULE IN LIFE AS A KING. AUGUST 9, 2017 34 God has destined you to reign and rule in life as a king. Not only does He want you to know you’re royalty, He also expects you to live as one. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever.
