I see how most people I know have self destructive tendencies,and actually PRAISE the thing that harms them, and find the thing that can help them restrictive. Examples--{especially on my mothers side,including my mother},}a leaning towards overeating,and the wrong foods at that!!Like when they talk on the phone or even in person,talking about, how eating foods high in cholesterol,calories, etc,is so wonderful,and "knocking" the nutritious foods.And they talk about how they "can't wait" to shovel down the unhealthy foods.In others,the "craving", their "savior" in hard times is cigarettes.In a tense situation,out comes the cigarette.Even coffee is not the best thing for you, caffeine makes you jittery, and even gives palpitations.But...
