The Lord Jesus is my Shepherd, I shall not want, He maketh me lie down in green pastures, He leadeth me beside the Still Waters. He restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever. Thank You, Praise You Lord Jesus for Psalms 23 and All of Your Glorious Promises for us! Glory to You Lord Jesus!
Our government has taken the name of Jesus Christ out of the parliamentary prayer, and all references to Jesus Christ, now believing that we all believe in the same God, no matter what religion. My belief is there is only one God whose son is Jesus Christ! Our Lord and savior # not too long ago a lot of Christians went to parliament to try and get our Lord and savior Jesus Christ's name reinstated in the prayer, my friend said to me she stood on the steps of parliament and then she was filled with sadness and began to cry her eyes out, then she told me a woman came to comfort her, as soon as the woman put her arm around my friend the woman also started to cry her eyes out.
Their parents are divorcing and there is no one to help fix that problem. They see it coming. They know that this cannot be fixed. Christians need to be on target to see those children suffering all alone and no one helps. Why these children suffer so much? A. Their parents do not feel appreciated so they pass on that feeling to their children. B. They are at odds over spending too much on things that do not need. C. No money to pay the mortgage, to pay tuition for their children and for utility bills. D. One of them loves someone else so they have no time for their family. E. They feel their needs are not recognized and validated. F. Children notice negative attitudes and they are ignored and rejected. All Christians...
Upon hearing the, now infamous words, "you are not the father;" many guys turn flips, in celebration: Howbeit, angels throw a Holy Ghost party when God flips the script on the devil to reclaim His children. Despair not . . . CELEBRATE! for once chastened, only then are we 100% legitimate. For whom the Lord loves, he chastens and scourges EVERYONE whom he receives as a son. If ye endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father does not chasten? But if ye are without chastisement, of which all the sons are partakers, then ye are bastards, and not sons. In what appeared to be my darkest hour, the devil, loving the taste of my blood, saw my chastening as an opportunity to destroy, and used many who...
Exhibiting patterns of out of control anger, or inappropriate ways of displaying it was never a matter of contention for me. Even so, there was still room for improving my way of managing anger. The first thing I had to do was recognize that anger in and of itself is not the problem. Instead, how one handles that emotion is what matters. Anger manifests in many ways. It can evolve out of disappointment, jealousy, envy, impatience, the absence of God, etc. Sometimes we may need to remind ourselves of just how many reasons we have to be happy to ward off appetites for anger? To avoid becoming a Statistic of the “spirit of anger” you must act! **7 Tips for taking control of out of control anger** 1. Take it to the Lord in **Prayer**...
When I woke up this morning I heard clearly in my ears a voice that came from above. O worship the King. Who that is whose telling me to worship the King? Then I remember this wonderful song the choir of our church sang. O tell of His might, O sing of His grace. Whose robe is the light, whose canopy space. All the days of our life should be spent in the holy presence of Jesus. He is the Maker of all good things to those who love Him and honor Him above everything they have.
Psalm 63 New International Version (NIV) Psalm 63[a] A psalm of David. When he was in the Desert of Judah. 1 You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water. 2 I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and your glory. 3 Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you. 4 I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands. 5 I will be fully satisfied as with the richest of foods; with singing lips my mouth will praise you. 6 On my bed I remember you; I think of you through the watches of the night. 7 Because you are my...
Too many lost souls of the world think that having a beautiful home, a Rolls Royce and lots of money in the bank so no one will bother us from now on. But Jesus said. Today your soul will be asked of you. What will it happen to those things we care and love ? Seek not treasures on earth where thieves rob and rust will melt everything away. Seek the eternal promise of God. A home in His glorious presence where no one will be able to take away from you.
