I hope, I really do. Jesus has promised that He will come back to earth to take us all home to heaven. Just as ### said. I am just stranger in this world. My home is in heaven. How true this is. We can and will wait day and night for the coming of the Lord. But we must remember this.... So, you must also be ready because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect Him. Matt. 24.44 Jesus, my Lord and my Savior. We are waiting for You as you told us to do. You, O Lord, shine our path that leads to heaven. Jesus, we love You today and will love you forever. Amen
I just heard some faculty member said that we humans have born atheists, not knowing anything about God, eternity or heavenly promises. Someone came and indoctrinated us into a religion that will not last for eternity. How misled people are today. I see Satan working in their minds to make us all believe that we came from monkeys and like a monkey we shall die. Atheists express their rage against God although in their view, He does not exist. C.S. Lewis. We did not come from monkeys, nor our ancestors are gorillas that roam jungles of the earth. We are children of an everlasting Father who love us with an everlasting love. He cares for us, He wants us all living according to His standards. Be ye holy as your Father which is in...
I don't think the devil tempts everyone in the same exact way, because some might be more tempted by one thing but not another, and vice versa. But I do notice that pagan beliefs from the past are resurfacing, and moreso lately than in the past generation, repackaged, like instead of calling it "Buddhism" or "Hinduism" we now call some of these things {with little tweaks} the "new age movement." Well, in Hal Lindsey books I read that the devil does this to "appeal to" the modern people more. Anyways, whereas smoking, drinking, drugs, illicit sex may not be a temptation to some, these cults might. I've known people who wouldn't in your wildest dreams do something sexually immoral, yet believe in pagan philosophies. Now, since the devil...
Let us all give all praise and honor to God almighty for sending the Comforter who shall be with us. His promise never failed and we continue to see His word in our churches, in our home and in our life. He changed us for the better. He melt our hearts to see the light, an eternal light that will lead us all to heaven. When they were gathered together in one place, suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a mighty rushing wind and filled the entire house. And divided tongues as fire appeared to them. Acts 21:13 Come Holy Spirit we need You. Come to us we pray. Amen
You get a strange feeling when we are about to leave a place where we are happy and enjoyed other peoples company. We will not miss those we love and care for but we will not see them again. Because we will not be this way again, let us all look to Jesus. He never changes nor will He move away from us. The Lord is my Rock and my Fortress and my deliverer, My God is the Rock in which I take refuge. My shield and the horn of my salvation. Psalm 18:2 Let us all accept our past without regrets. Let us all handle our present with confidence and face our future without fear. Jesus is with us all the time. He will never leave us nor forsake us.
Some sweet day Jesus will call us home, He want us all with Him to receive what He has promised. The finish line is around the corner for all of us who believe, trust and wait for the Lord. Men will faint with fear and anxiety over what it is coming upon the earth. For the powers of the heavens will be shaken. At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. Luke 21.27 My heart rejoices in the Lord. We are waiting for Jesus day in and day out. He will take us all home to heaven. Praise the Lord.
I see a lot of people admit something is a sin, but then at a later date some circumstances change in their life, and they "soften" their stance and start accepting, or even believing in, the sin. Like they get a "soft spot" for it. Like I say, someone who scoffs at seeing mediums to communicate with the dead {which is actually a "familiar spirit", a demon impersonating the deceased, with the intent of getting the person to follow the devil's lies} I think, "well, so and so has too much sense for that, THEY'LL never fall for it." But then what happens? Someone close to them dies, and before you know it, I hear them "agreeing with" the others who believed in that. Any little noise in the house, any electrical shortage, they attribute to...
