A teaching just came to me about the garden of Eden, this is very comforting, I thought I would send it off to you! Eden was a very beautiful place. It was also a place of provision, all of Adam and Eve's needs were provided for in the garden, their purpose was to tend to the garden, but their work was easy. It was also a happy place, there was no depression or anxiety in the garden. Having to work hard for our food and our needs (earning it with a job) is only a temporary condition! This was not God's original intent for mankind! Also sadness, depression, and anxiety are a temporary condition, this was not God's original intent for mankind! Also the garden was a place of innocence, Adam and Eve were innocent, having no knowledge of...
Hi, I got a strong urge to sit down and write about 1 year ago and this is what came out of me- Attitude Control You might have heard the term “attitude control” in the news when referring to a plane crash – that the plane lost “attitude control” and crashed. In the world of aviation the term “attitude” refers to the direction in which you are pointed. 0 to 90 degrees is positive attitude while 0 to -90 degrees is a negative attitude, with 90 degrees being straight up, 0 degrees being perfectly level, and -90 degrees being straight down. There is a Godly principal in this idea as you will soon see. If we replace the believer with an airplane, when we get saved we get our wings (faith) and take off. The engines are the Holy Spirit and...
This is an excellent message on the Holy Spirit and being led by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God, the Spirit of Truth, our Helper, Comforter, Counselor, Peace, Empowerer, Sanctifier, Teacher, Revealer, Guide, and Director. And there are more attributes of the Holy Spirit. https://be-an-encourager.blogspot.com/2026/04/let-holy-spirit-lead-you.html
Yes, I call myself a prophetess. Why would I treat God's gift and calling dismissively or with irreverence? Just as God predestined Jeremiah, He predestined me. But, unfortunately, regarding accusation, not much has changed for God’s messengers since the days of Jeremiah. We are still accused, by false teachers, of trying to exalt ourselves. And, it is still the false prophets who exalt themselves against us, demanding "accountability." Accountable for what? For being an elder woman of God with a Spiritual gift, which is sealed, and therefore can't be stolen? Theft is the devil's thing; and oh boy does he ever get mad, even accuses God's messengers of being crazy, whenever he can't do his thing. Jeremiah Ch.29 v26b-27, (NLT) ²⁶ You...
Glorious Sabbath Day People of God: Pseudonym — Ideology — Faction Since all things culminate in the book of Revelations; and, it addresses the church specifically, I chose to reserve this part of the conversation for this Sabbath day. The figure referred to as Jezebel in Revelations originates from "that woman" mentioned in First and Second Kings, who turned away from God and led Israel to do the same. In Revelations, this pseudonym symbolizes the leadership present in the church at Thyatira. Again, the parallels found in Revelations are particularly concise, as the New Testament affirms and reinforces the Old Testament. Remembering that God often refers to relationship with His people in sexual (sometimes explicit) overtones, we...
People can be funny, in the most peculiar of ways. For example: It's funny that by accusing God's messenger of being a betrayer, a city, though inadvertently, readily acknowledges kinship. But, by the same token, when the scriptural accusation of betrayal is against the city, she shifts stance: Hear the word of the LORD, you who tremble at his word: "Your own people who hate you, and exclude you because of my name, have said, ’Let the LORD be glorified, that we may see your joy!’ Yet they will be put to shame. (Isaiah Ch.66 v.5, NIV) Suddenly, with a turned back, she denies kinship. Unfortunately, the same hypocrisy is evident in all of their distorted thinking. Because, though they are incredibly quick to credit their barrage of...
```html "The Spirit of Jezebel" To The Cities That Have Ears To Hear: There is much philosophy regarding "The spirit of Jezebel," and what it means to operate under its influence. If indeed you have ears to hear, it will be readily understood. But, it is essential to identify her behaviors and the motivation behind them. To truly discern the spirit of Jezebel, you must first know who she was and what she did. This is not based on internet research, but derived solely from my, God–breathe, Biblical knowledge. I will try to keep it as concise as possible. All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness. 2 Timothy 3 v.16 Jezebel — Let me start by correcting the common...
Several people, sadly, even clergy, have actually directed the following scripture at this homeless, elder woman of God. Psalms Ch.37 v.25 (KJV) I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. Indeed, King David is one of my favorite kings in the scriptures. But, he was not King of kings. He also couldn't seem to see that Bathsheba was another man's wife, any more than he could see that he was taking another man's life. Jesus, however, did foresee His righteous ones forsaken by man, and cast out into situations where we would have to "beg" bread. Therefore, beware when you manipulate food or withhold it as this city's church sponsored "soup kitchen" did yesterday, and has...
What Pain Taught Me There is a purpose behind your pain. Pain is a priceless tool if you use it right. Pain will transform your life. Pain will educate you, bless you with wisdom, and give you clarity. Pain will give you the eyes of an eagle. Pain will refine your character and cause you to draw closer to God. Pain will cause you to grow spiritually and mature in the things of God. Pain will teach you that it is better to obey God than sacrifice your future, career, family, peace, hope, joy, the promises of God, and the countless blessings from God. Pain is a priceless tool that God will use to conform His children into the image of His Son, Christ Jesus (Romans 8:28-29). Pain taught me to choose God, obey God, and place my...
