Dear Lord, we bow down before Your holy presence to thank you, to honor You and to praise Your holy name. Everything we have now has come with a purpose. Everything we see around us comes from your holy presence. Open our eyes to see what it is and in everything we shall give You all the glory, all the honor and all the praise. Nothing we have brought to this world and nothing we will be able to take to heaven. All we ask is this. Have mercy on those who are dying. Comfort and care for those left behind. Come to all of us and heal us we pray. In Jesus name. Amen
So many people I know are living with hopelessness and despair in their hearts. They are depressed, fearful, and discouraged. They wonder, where is God? Throwing scripture at them won’t help. I don’t have all the answers but I know the One who does. Life isn’t easy or fair and we all have had our share of disappointments and heartaches. We cry out to God and often times feel like our prayers are bouncing off the ceiling. Why do some people go through similar circumstances yet one gets blessed and the other just keeps spiraling downward into a fiery ball of flames? I don’t have the answer to that. All I know is that we need to trust God in every circumstance. More than likely we will never fully know the reason why until we are in...
```markdown WHEN LEADERSHIP FAILS Y'all ain't gonna like this one. "For I have set you as an ensign unto the house of Israel" When church leadership rebuked and accused me, according to 1 John 2: 18-19, then sought to exonerate themselves in my separation from their places of worship, pronouncing instead from their high places, that God had cast me out, I must admit, knowing the details surrounding the situation, I felt some kinda way. Certainly, during this assignment, God has revealed to me, the error of my own ways, for which I have long since, set my case before Him in repentance; howbeit, just as God predicted, the church's disregard did in fact, rout discouragement. But God, again, would not leave me in a space of confusion in...
Sometimes doing the right thing is so hard! You know down deep in your heart what God calls us to do but our flesh struggles with it day after day. Do you have a coworker, family member, friend, or neighbor that just rubs you the wrong way. Do they walk around with a chip on their shoulder and give you a grunt when you say "hello"? Do they constantly compare what you have with what they have? Are they critical with everything you say or do? Do they seem jealous of you for no apparent reason? So what does the Bible say about dealing with this. In 1 John 4:19-21, it says "we love because He first loved us. If anyone says, "I love God", yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot...
Sometimes, even those who are appointed to lead, go astray. But God, provides opportunity for redemption through his servants. "Therefore, I am sending you prophets and wise men and teachers of religious law." Even after our churches have resumed normal services, God is commanding a new normal through intimate relationship with Him, especially his priests and chief leaders. This is not only true for the church, but likewise for our nation. Despite all other counsel, until we heed His instructions, even our packed structures will remain empty. "For I tell you, you will not see me again until you say, ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord." Tomorrow, God willing, I will breathe more insight into the understanding of those...
Acts 4:31. God seeks us with Justice. John 1:29 Isaiah 52:14 2 Corinthians 5:21 Zecaraiah 12:10 Colossians 2:14 The key to silence Satan is the cross! The 3 games of Satan 1. He speaks Lies 2. He fills you with guilt and shame 3. He robs you of your identity. YOUR IDENTITY IS THAT ALL THINGS ARE MADE NEW. Jeremiah 31 In Matthew 3:17 God gives IDENTITY to JESUS Matthew 4:3 Satan tries to rob JESUS of his identity. JESUS responded to Satan= It is written. SATAN has no power when the "truth of the Father" is present!
Lessons to learn from Coronavirus pandemic/lockdown.
©️ 1. I have learnt that some things are not life essentials and we don't need them to make a happy life. You can think of those things yourself. 2. I learnt that God has been the one sustaining me, not my job. 3. We have learnt that husbands are more important than pillows. It's funny? But it's the truth. 4. It taught me that a peaceful home can survive any storm. 5. I learnt that there's wisdom in saving, no matter how little, and not to rely on one source of income. 6. Coronavirus makes me know that marrying the wrong person could spell doom. 7. I have learnt that one can cook without meat. It's not important to waste too much money on fish and meat again. 8. I have learnt that God hears us anywhere we pray. 9. More, it...
