A call to peace is what we need today starting with our own hearts and minds. The world is full of troubles and full of fear, our eyes should be on Jesus. Although we are the same as wanting peace in our life we cannot stop others making trouble to our life. We tend to create a lot of problems for our life. So, peace is not highest goal in life, it is most fundamental requirement for our well-being just as this beautiful song tells us. There is peace in my heart, That the world never gave. A peace that it cannot take away. Though the trails in life, May surround like a cloud, I have a peace that has come here to stay. Constantly abiding, Jesus is mine Constantly abiding, Rapture divine. He never leaves me lonely, Whispers o so...
"Running with the horses" Which, in this generation, in this assignment, seems to be the "horsepower" under the hoods of the vehicles that gather every night to torment. Why did God use the analogy of horses? Could it be that He knew it would transcend generations. WOW!!! He's Absolutely Awesome. Isaiah 52:4 [d] Tyrants on the warpath, whooping it up! and day after day, incessantly, my reputation blackened. (MSG) Here's the thing, while the intent is obviously to disturb my peace; it is rather the peace of high rise residents, hotel guests, and other homeless people, in the area ("the least of these") whose peace is being disturbed. "Acting all high and mighty" Jesus knew we would face these accusations because He endured the...
I set out to find that one for myself and I truly found that Jesus is the center of all peace, joy and happiness. He has come to give us life and live everlasting. Rejoice in the Lord always because you and I start praising and adoring His holy name, wonderful things happen in our life. That simple action will bring each one of us to face the Lord's holy presence. So, let us all look up to Him in gratefulness and shake our hands toward His glorious presence in adoration and worship, for He alone is worthy of praise. In the presence of Jehovah, God almighty, Prince of peace. Troubles vanish, Hearts are mended. In the presence of the King. Through His love, The Lord provided, A place for us to rest, A place to find the...
Jesus told a story to teach other people. These people thought that they were very good in front of God. They thought that they were much better than other people. 10 Jesus said, ‘One day, two men went into God's Great House to pray. One man was a Pharisee. The other man took taxes on behalf of the government. 11 The Pharisee stood there by himself. He prayed like this: “Thank you, God, that I am different from all these other people. They are bad people. They rob other people. They have sex with women that are not their wife. Thank you, God, that I am not like this man who takes taxes on behalf of the government. 12 I stop eating on two days of each week. I give to you one tenth of all the things and money that I receive.” 13 But the...
But, she's just sitting there . . . There are all types of jobs, and I have certainly done my share of hard work; BUT GOD whom has purposed the time for His people, knows His plan. But Martha was distracted by the big dinner she was preparing. She came to Jesus and said, “Lord, doesn’t it seem unfair to you that my sister just sits here while I do all the work? Tell her to come and help me.” But the Lord said to her, “My dear Martha, you are worried and upset over all these details. There is only one thing worth being concerned about. Mary has discovered it, and it will not be taken away from her.” it, and it will not be taken away from her.” To be certain, some of the "all these things," that are promised to be added when we seek...

19 Jesus then said, ‘At one time, there was a rich man who had very expensive clothes. This rich man ate big meals every day. 20 There was also a poor man called Lazarus. He had sores all over his body. He lay outside the gate of the rich man. 21 He was very hungry. He wanted to eat the bits of food that the rich man threw away. Even the dogs came and they tasted the sores on his body. 22 Then Lazarus died and God's angels carried him away. They put him at the side of Abraham in heaven. The rich man then also died and his family buried him in the ground. 23 He went to the dead people's place called Hades. He was in a lot of pain there. He saw Abraham far away in heaven. He also saw Lazarus at Abraham's side. 24 So he shouted out...
