To be certain, the Bible contains many words. But, the most prominent, of the many reasons, why Job has always been my favorite book of the Bible resides in next few passages. These words have always summed up God's Sovereignty for me. “Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? Tell me, if you know so much. (Job 38:4, NLT) Mic 🎤 drop!!! ⁸Who kept the sea inside its boundaries as it burst from the womb, ⁹and as I clothed it with clouds and wrapped it in thick darkness? ¹⁰For I locked it behind barred gates, limiting its shores. ¹¹I said, ‘This far and no farther will you come. Here your proud waves must stop!’ (Job 38:8-11, NLT) As we say, in the Baptist church, "Wellllll." But, that's the Old Testament. Some people...
Many have attempted to thwart my ministry with the accusation that I'm casting my pearls among swine. As if that justifies disobedience or theft from God. But, in fact, part of my instruction from God, whether man listens or refuses to listen, is as follows: Isaiah 58:1 (NLT) “Shout with the voice of a trumpet blast. Shout aloud! Don’t be timid. Tell my people Israel of their sins!" I'm not just preaching salvation, but speaking prophecy. But there again, God knows the truth. He knows that I don't go knocking on man's door to do either. But rather, the multitude gather themselves to me, and against me, for their own selfish gain. You even seek it out online. Ezekiel 33: (NLT) So they come to you as people do, they sit before you as...

Father, thank you all power in heaven and earth belongs to Jesus, who through suffering, defeated the one who had the power of death, that is, the devil -- effectively abolishing the fear of death and the slavery most of the world has toward that fear. Grant the message of faith in Christ, the entirety of the Gospel of how Christ "emptied Himself" and "took on flesh" and defeated sin, hell and the grave by granting eternal life in Jesus, Heb 2:14-15, Phil 2:5-11. Grant us to "study to show ourselves approved, accurately handling" (studying, living, teaching and preaching) "The Word of Truth," 2 Tim 2:15. Confirm the Word through miracles, gifts, signs and wonders, Rom 15:18-19, 1 Cor 2:4-5, 1 Thes 1:4-5, Thank You for revealing Your...
I still do not believe in coincidence. I know that Jesus was twice stoned in Jerusalem because of the message He spoke and His claims of deity: But, earlier today, in seeking to revisit that particular text for my personal notes, I "incidentally" entered the words "his hometown" instead of Jerusalem. The following portion of the returned data spoke volumes to how selfishness and greed can gain stronghold, even over an entire city. Entry: Jesus stoned in his hometown Search engine results AI Overview: In Luke's Gospel, Jesus faces rejection and attempted violence in his hometown of Nazareth. The people, initially impressed by his words, become enraged when he suggests *God's favor extends beyond their community.* They then attempt to...
Again: What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun. Ecclessiastes 1:9 Indeed, history continues to repeat herself. Search engine results: Question: Did the church help to further Jeremiah's ministry? Based on the biblical account, the religious leaders and priests of Jeremiah's time generally opposed and resisted his ministry, rather than helping to further it. Reasons for their opposition: Jeremiah's message was unpopular and challenging: He prophesied judgment and destruction for Judah due to their idolatry and injustice, a message the leaders and people did not want to hear. • He threatened their authority and livelihood: Jeremiah's criticisms of temple worship and his...
Israel, when spoken of in the scriptures, is not exclusive to the nation herself, but is representative of God's people everywhere. Where is your royal priesthood? 2 Timothy 3:16 (NIV) All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, Howbeit, Hosea 4:6 (KJV) My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. When God points the finger, His vengeance is unrelenting. Malachi 2 (NIV) ¹"And now, you priests, this warning is for you. ²If you do not listen, and if you do not resolve to honor my name,"...
```markdown Indeed, It Is Happening Again and all for the very same reasons. Ezekiel 14 ²³ (NLT) "When you meet them and see their behavior, you will understand that these things are not being done to Israel without cause. I, the Sovereign LORD, have spoken!” Ezekiel 33 (NKJV) ²⁹Then they shall know that I am the LORD, when I have made the land most desolate because of all their abominations which they have committed."' ³⁰"As for you, son of man, the children of your people are talking about you beside the walls and in the doors of the houses; and they speak to one another, everyone saying to his brother, "Please come and hear what the word is that comes from the LORD.' ³¹So they come to you as people do, they sit before you as My...
