I pray for my husband who is having swelling in the knee..n has to travel abroad and join for work tomorrow.. may Jesus heal him from all health problems and give him a speedy recovery..may all the swelling disappear 🙏
I need to let go of wishing the past had gone differently. You know I keep thinking about what could’ve been, but the truth is it unfolded exactly how it needed to. I can’t rewrite it, but I can create something new. The future isn’t behind me. It’s waiting for me to look up and move forward it.
I need to let go of emotional weight that isn’t mine to carry. I’ve been absorbing other people’s problems, moods, and expectations, thinking it’s my responsibility. It’s not selfish to put that weight down. Protecting my peace is necessary.
I don’t have to keep wearing that “I’m okay,” mask. I’m allowed to say I’m tired or hurting without feeling guilty. I don’t need to be the strong one all the time. Let people see me as human, not a superhero.
