O God, let Your face shine on us.
This is a cry of every single heart that desires nothing but to be with Lord forever. Just as ### did long ago. He walked, talked, and lived in the holy presence of Jesus and He took him away. ### did not experience death because He was taken straight to heaven because of His love to God.
### lived 365 years before he was taken to heaven. Walked with the Lord and then He was no more. Gen. 5.21,24
We all start our life differently, but our path will end in His glorious presence if we start loving Jesus with all our heart, mind, and soul, serving Him, obeying His word, and doing what He told us to do. With all setbacks and pitfalls if we are faithful and true to Him, we shall enter the pearly gates and reign with His forever.
Face to face with Christ my Savior.
Face to face what will it be?
When with rapture I behold Him,
Jesus Christ who died for me.
Face to face I shall behold Him.
Far beyond the starry sky.
Face to face in all His glory.
I shall see Him by and by.
Yes, this should be our deepest desire of our heart. To see Jesus face to face and tell Him how much we love Him and how much we want to praise and adore His holy name.
The Lord is gracious and merciful, He is great in kindness and good to all. The Lord is righteous in all His ways, so we bless the Lord and give Him praise now and forever more.
