Your Checkbook To God's Resources Is Faith!

Your Checkbook To God's Resources Is Faith!

Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer" (1 Cor. 10:8-10).

God doesn't want us complaining about our burdens. He wants us to chase those things out of your life by laying hold of His Word!

Our checkbook to all His resources is faith! He is saying, "I have already made provision for you. What need in your life is so great that I cannot supply more than is required? What kind of

weariness or burden is so heavy that I cannot give you supernatural strength to endure? All you lack is faith!"

I ask you, are you at the end of your rope? Weary, cast down, about to give up? I challenge you to answer the following questions with a simple yes or no:

  • Does the Word of God promise to supply all your needs? Phil. 4:19

  • Did Jesus say He would never leave you, but would be with you to the end? Heb. 13:5-Mat.28:20

  • Did He say His ear is open to your prayers, and that he will give you the desire of your heart? Ps.37:4-5

  • Did He say you will be more than a conqueror? Yes or no? Rom. 8:37

  • Did He say He would keep you from falling and present you faultless before the Father's throne? Jude 1:24

  • Did He say He would supply you with all you need at all times? 2 Cor. 9:8

  • Did He promise you all the seed you need to spread the gospel? Isa. 55:10

  • Is He more willing to give than you are to receive? Mal. 3:10-11

  • Is He greater in you than he that is in the world? 1 John 4:4

  • Will He do exceeding abundantly above all you ask or think? Eph. 3:20

  • Are His thoughts toward you good thoughts? Jer. 29:11

  • Is He a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him? Heb. 11:6

  • Is He acquainted with all your ways? Psa. 139:3

  • Is His eye upon you night and day? Psa. 33:18

  • Is He interceding for you right now? Heb. 4:14-5:10

  • Is He preparing a place for you in glory? John 14:2

  • Is He coming in the clouds to gather His people home? 2 Thes.2:1

Your answer to all of these should be, "Absolutely, yes!"

Finally, can anyone or anything in heaven or on earth separate you from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus? Rom. 8:35-39

No! Never!

I call Him our bountiful Savior! We have become spiritually rich through all His resources toward us!

"Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God" 2 Cor. 9:11.

Brothers and sisters, confess any murmuring and complaining you may have been guilty of, any heart-attitude of despair. Forsake it all before the Lord right now! And pray with me:

Father God you've made me rich today. I'm rich in strength because You told me You have everything I need at all times in 2 Cor.9:8. From now on when I'm tired, rather than complain to You about it, I'm going to draw a check from your resources by faith through your word! Pour Your strength now into my heart and make me stronger today in You than I've ever been, in Jesus my sufficient Saviors name I pray amen.

AMEN, I praise the Lord for giving you these blogs and devotionals at all hours of the night and day, my darlin husband and how they burn in your heart and soul until you are able to do His bidding by writing them down and posting them. This morning at 3 am I woke to your tying and excitement and I knew the Lord had been whispering to your heart once more. I praise HIM and worship HIS HOLY NAME.

Thank you for reminding us because sometimes we lose sight of just how GOOD God is. I am struggling with some personal issues right now but this reminds me that I have not given them to my Father who will supply ALL our needs through His Riches and Glory. I know a lot of times we are busy asking things of God when sometimes we should just be praising Him for what He has and will do. Thank you brother for allowing God to speak through you. All praises be to God. May He continue to use you to encourage and uplift others. Amen.

Thanks Don for encouragement and reminder. Truly, all praises to God who is our source of strength and faith. Thank You Jesus for the faith!
