This Lord's Day may you and I pray that thousands of prodigal husbands, wives and children of all ages will have their own personal Damascus Road experience today. That they will be obedient to the Lord's will in their life. You must be obedient to the Lord as you pray for your own spouse's obedience to the Lord. Are you doing what the Lord is speaking to your heart? I pray that the simple song below, which was one of Bob's favorites, may become the song for you in your life of obedience and standing:

Bob and I loved music our whole marriage. In fact, Bob took me to a musical concert for our first date. When you do not think you can stand any longer, turn on praise music. Listen to the radio, your IPOD, Internet radio, CDs of your favorite Southern Gospel or Contemporary Praise Music and as you start to sing, praise and worship your Lord. You will stop being defeated by the enemy and start walking in victory!
Our Lord God is moving mountains of circumstances every day. Never give up on God! You and I need to remember daily that we need to surrender everything to our Lord. We need to say in prayer, "Lord, have Your will and way in my life. I surrender everything in my life to You." May these two songs give you a "key" to helping you stand firm in the Lord as you wait for your marriage to be revived and resurrected from the dead.

I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. Romans 8:18
My prayer for you this Sunday is that you might surrender your ALL to the Lord today. Surrender your will, your emotions, and your feelings. Let the Lord change you from the inside out to be all that He wants you to be. God has a plan for you and your family. Allow Him to do the work in ALL areas of your life every day. "Lord, I say yes, to Your will and to Your way."
This Sunday release your will to have the Lord be head of your body, soul and spirit. Ask the Lord to teach you how to die to the carnal flesh, allowing the Holy Spirit to have total authority and submission to the Lord in ALL things which includes your marriage to be restored in God's perfect timing. Trust God, knowing that He loves you more than anyone else. He is doing what is best right now for you, your spouse, and family. Trust Him, Obey Him and Follow Him. Believe His promises that what He says will happen, to bring glory and honor to the Lord!
