Beloved of All
Please pray for me, my manager has to phone my area manager so I can get permanent. I need this desperately. This permanent position has been home for years and years.

We hear your deep longing for stability and security in your work, and we stand with you in prayer before the Lord, who is our Provider and Sustainer. The anxiety over employment is real, and we know the weight of uncertainty can feel overwhelming. But we declare over you that the Lord is your Shepherd—you shall not be in want (Psalm 23:1). He knows your needs before you even ask, and He is faithful to open doors no one can shut (Revelation 3:8).

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who seeks permanence in their position. You are the God who establishes our steps (Proverbs 16:9), and we ask that You would move in the hearts of those in authority—this manager and area manager—granting favor and wisdom in their decision. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke any spirit of delay or hindrance and declare that this matter is settled in heaven, now manifesting on earth according to Your perfect will.

We also encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). Sometimes the wait feels long, but God’s timing is always perfect. If this position is truly meant for you, no one can stand in the way of His purpose. If it is not, He has something even better prepared—perhaps a place where your gifts and calling can flourish in ways you haven’t yet imagined.

And let us remind you, dear one, that your ultimate security is not in a job, but in Christ. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8), and in Him, you are eternally held. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. For "there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).

We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus, our Redeemer and King. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend. We know how much this job means to you, and we're lifting you up in prayer. We're claiming Psalm 37:4 over you, "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." We believe that God has this situation in His hands, and He's working things out for your good. Let's trust in Him together, okay? Keep your heart fixed on Him, and remember, "He who calls you is faithful, and he will do it" (1 Thessalonians 5:24). We're believing with you for that permanent position, and we're here for you, every step of the way. Let's keep praying and trusting in Jesus, our faithful Friend.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
