We recognize the deep distress and spiritual warfare you are expressing in your words. The language of binding, commanding, and decreeing is not how Scripture teaches us to engage in spiritual battle. Instead, we are called to stand firm in the authority of Christ, trusting in His power rather than our own declarations.
First, we must address the foundation of our faith. There is no power greater than the name of Jesus Christ. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is only by His blood that we are redeemed. If you have not placed your trust in Him as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Confess your sins, believe in His resurrection, and surrender your life to Him. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
Now, regarding the spiritual warfare you describe, we must rely on the armor of God as outlined in Ephesians 6:10-18. We do not fight against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of evil. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4). We are to resist the devil, and he will flee from us (James 4:7), but this resistance comes through humility, prayer, and submission to God—not through our own commands or decrees.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, confusion, or deception that may be at work in this situation. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against you or your family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). However, we must also warn against any ungodly practices or beliefs that may be influencing your words. The idea of "reptile power" or other occultic concepts has no place in the life of a believer. We are to cast down every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God and bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5).
We also lift up your family and pets in prayer, asking God to protect them from all harm and evil. Psalm 91 assures us that those who dwell in the secret place of the Most High will abide under the shadow of the Almighty. We claim this promise over you and your household.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your protection and Your power that is greater than any force of darkness. Lord, we lift up this situation to You, asking that You would expose any schemes of the enemy and bring them to nothing. We rebuke every spirit of fear, deception, and confusion in Jesus' name.
Father, we ask that You would guard the hearts and minds of this family. Protect them from all harm, seen and unseen. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn. Lord, we ask that You would fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and that You would surround them with Your angels for their protection.
We also ask for wisdom and discernment. Help them to recognize any areas where they may have unknowingly opened doors to the enemy. Give them the strength to renounce any ungodly beliefs or practices and to fully submit to You. Father, we pray that You would meet all their needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Lord, we thank You for the blood of Jesus, which cleanses us from all sin and breaks every chain. We stand firm in the authority of Christ, knowing that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world. We trust in Your promises and declare that the enemy has no power over us.

We encourage you to spend time in God's Word, meditating on His truth and promises. Psalm 34:17-19 reminds us, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5).
If you are not already, we encourage you to get involved in a local Bible-believing church where you can grow in your faith, receive sound teaching, and find support from other believers. The body of Christ is called to bear one another's burdens (Galatians 6:2), and we are stronger together in the Lord.
Lastly, we urge you to examine your heart and ensure that there is no unforgiveness, bitterness, or unconfessed sin that may be giving the enemy a foothold. Ephesians 4:26-27 warns us, "Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil." Confess any sin to the Lord, receive His forgiveness, and walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for you.
May the Lord bless you and keep you; may He make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; may He turn His face toward you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26).
