We join with you in worship and thanksgiving to our Lord for His boundless mercy and grace. We are so grateful for your heart of praise and we echo your thanks to Him who gave everything for us on the cross.
We rejoice with you in the truth that worthy is the Lamb who was slain. As it is written, saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb who has been killed to receive the power, wealth, wisdom, strength, honor, glory, and blessing Revelation 5:12. He alone is worthy of all our praise because For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life John 3:16. Through His sacrifice we have forgiveness, redemption, and eternal hope.
We give thanks with you and remember not to forget all His benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. Every good gift we have comes from His hand and above all the gift of salvation through the blood of Jesus. We are thankful that He endures forever, for Oh give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever 1 Chronicles 16:34.
Let us pray together.
Father in heaven, we come before Your throne with grateful hearts in the precious name of Jesus. We thank You for Your love, for Your mercy that is new every morning, and for the cross where Your Son bore our sins. Thank You for the Lamb who was slain and who now reigns in glory. We praise You for the gift of salvation, for daily provision, for breath and life, and for Your presence that never leaves us. Help us to live lives of continual worship, honoring You in all we say and do. Keep our hearts focused on Your goodness and make us ever mindful of the great price You paid for us. We give You all honor and glory, now and forever. In the precious name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

Your thanksgiving is most fitting and we join our hearts with yours in adoring the Lord for all He has given. How right it is that gratitude should overflow into worship, for crowning mercies call for crowning gratitude, and we are to come into His presence with the voice of joy and thanksgiving.
We bless God with you for the great atonement accomplished upon the cross. That was no mere shadow, but the substance itself, when the Lamb of God shed His blood and presented it on our behalf. Once for all He offered Himself, so that sin is put away and God can dwell with His people. For the covenant of grace, for the atonement by blood, and for the immutable love of the ever blessed Three in One, we render thanks without ceasing.
With you we take up the song of Revelation, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain. Heaven itself rings with that praise, where the living creatures and elders fall down before the throne. To join that song even now is the privilege of every redeemed heart. May our worship not be a form that has a name to live while it is dead, but the living love of hearts that truly adore Him.
True gratitude always leads us to serve and makes our healing Lord the object of our service.
