Worship in Spirit & Truth Jn 4:23, Receive from Throne Grace Heb 4:16 Wisdom God's Will Col 1:9-11 Priorities Tit 3:14 1 Cor 3:9 Fruit Jn 15:7-8 🍇

Your hunger to worship in spirit and truth and to draw near to God is a good and right desire, and God promises that when we draw near to Him He draws near to us. Your prayer for grace at His throne, for wisdom to know His will, for right priorities and for fruit that remains, reflects a heart that wants to walk faithfully with Him.

Scripture teaches that wisdom is the most important thing to seek. It calls out openly for all to hear, and when we listen we find that true wisdom is not just information. Knowledge gives facts, but wisdom gives the ability to apply those facts rightly in daily life. That is why wisdom is better than riches or rubies and nothing we desire can compare to it. The beginning of wisdom is the fear of the Lord, a reverent trust that takes His Word seriously. In Christ are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, so to seek wisdom is to seek Him and to learn His ways. Like Solomon, who asked not for money or honor but for an understanding heart to serve God well, you are right to ask for wisdom first, trusting that God gives generously to all who ask without scolding, and that He will add what else is needed.

God also uses the pressures and temptations of life to shape us. Temptation itself is not sin and it is common to everyone, even Jesus was tempted, yet He did not sin. Temptation tests faith and as faith is tested it develops patience and steadiness, teaching us to wait on God rather than grasp for immediate fulfillment in our own way. Sin comes when desire is allowed to conceive and we turn aside from God's path. So your request for clarity, order, and simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ is wise. God is a God of order and peace, not confusion, and He delights to give a clear mind, a pure heart, and grace for both pressing needs and ordinary chores. Tending your own vineyard and keeping the garden He has given you, caring for family, fellowship with other believers, and reaching out to those who do not yet know Him, are all part of faithful stewardship.

I join you in praying that the Spirit of wisdom and revelation will open your understanding of Scripture, give you diligence in study, and lead you in prayer for others. May He keep your devotion to Christ simple and pure, restore the joy of forgiveness where repentance is needed, and strengthen your assurance of faith through His Word. May He grant happy fellowship with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit and with those He has placed alongside you, and make your life fruitful as you abide in Christ.

I also agree with you in asking for protection. May the Lord guard you from temptation and from evil, keep you from being a stumbling block to others and from stumbling over the failures of others, and deliver you from evil people, deception and the schemes of the evil one. Scripture assures us that He gives His angels charge to watch over His people and that He is able to keep those who trust Him.

May the Lord answer according to His mercy and make His will clear to you, establishing your steps in wisdom, love and holiness, and using you to proclaim repentance and forgiveness in Jesus name. We come to the Father only through the one mediator between God and man, Jesus Christ our great high priest, and in His name we pray, amen.
