Worried

My boyfriend hasn't contacted me at all today and I'm starting to get kind of worried...But I am really worn out right now and need a nap...If I don't hear back from him after my nap, I might really start to panic though.

My boyfriend is an awesome godly man, I just have had relationships in the past that if a guy didn't communicate in a day or waited until night to contact me, he decided to break up with me within a few days of that event. I'm hoping that wouldn't be the case here but I still worry.

Please pray that I hear from him soon after my nap. Please also pray that God helps me relax about these kind of concerns. I know a lot of it is an irrational fear, but I still fall for it. I need God's help and provision to show these worries/ fears as the lies from Satan that they really are. Pray that God fills me with the strength and good coping techniques needed to stand up against the lies.
