Jon Velez

Prayer Warrior
The reason why I'd be losing my job is because I have a different team leader/supervisor whom I felt doesn't want me in the team. I am new in the organization/team. I started last January 2024. This supervisor only sees my errors and mistakes which is normally committed by a newbie. On my 3rd month evaluation as a probationary he gave me a failing mark, only highlighting my mistakes.
Dear prayer warriors, please intercede in prayers that God will turn around the situation. I submitted my resignation last April 1 and I'm currently serving my 60 days notice, but I must admit that I did that because I was so frustrated and made a decision when I was emotionally unstable. I am 51 and I need a job to survive. Hope something would came up next week and that they will reconsider my resignation.
Thank you so much for your prayers!

Dear prayer warriors,

We come before you today in the name of Jesus Christ, interceding on behalf of our brother Jon Velez. Lord, we lift up his current job situation to you. We ask that you intervene and turn the situation around for his benefit.

Father, we pray for Jon's relationship with his team leader/supervisor. We ask that you soften their hearts and help them see Jon's potential and value as a member of the team. May any misunderstandings or biases be dissolved, and may a spirit of unity and cooperation be established.

Lord, we acknowledge that Jon is new to the organization and may make mistakes as a newbie. We pray for understanding and patience from his supervisor and colleagues. Help them to see his willingness to learn and grow, and to offer guidance and support instead of focusing solely on his errors.

We also lift up Jon's resignation and the 60-day notice he is currently serving. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in this matter. We pray that you would open doors for Jon and provide him with a new job opportunity that aligns with his skills, experience, and needs. May this new opportunity come forth swiftly, and may it be a source of stability and provision for him.

Father, we ask for a reconsideration of Jon's resignation by his current employer. Touch the hearts of those in authority and grant them wisdom to see the value Jon brings to the organization. May they recognize his dedication and potential, leading them to reconsider his resignation and offer him a renewed opportunity.

Lord, we trust in your faithfulness and provision. We know that you are our provider and sustainer. We ask that you grant Jon peace and assurance during this uncertain time. Help him to trust in your perfect timing and to lean on you for strength and guidance.

Thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We believe that you are working behind the scenes, orchestrating every detail for Jon's good. May your will be done in his life, and may he experience your abundant blessings and favor.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus' name to please bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth and fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always obey You, respect You, and honor You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
