We hear the heaviness in your heart and we stand with you in this difficult workplace situation. To feel bullied by a colleague, to feel that pupils are being used against you, to feel that those in authority are not protecting you, and to feel that you have no one to talk to is deeply isolating and painful. We want you to know that God sees you, He hears your cry for protection and wisdom, and you are not alone. He is near to the brokenhearted and He is your refuge.
We understand you have discerned spirits of arrogance, control and manipulation at work. Scripture tells us that our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Eph 6:12. Therefore we do not fight people, but we stand against the evil spirits and influences behind the bullying and intimidation. At the same time we are called to love and pray for those who mistreat us, even as we ask God to stop the evil. Jesus said, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matt 5:44. We also remember, If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men Rom 12:18, and Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good Rom 12:21. This does not mean accepting abuse, but it means we respond with integrity, truth and grace while trusting God to be our defender and to bring conviction where it is needed.
You asked for wisdom and cleverness and for peace about the mail you sent to the educational counselor. God delights to give wisdom when we ask. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him Jas 1:5. The wisdom God gives is pure, peaceable, gentle and full of mercy, not manipulation or control. We also hear your anxiety, and the Lord invites you to cast it on Him. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Phil 4:6-7. And, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Pet 5:7. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust Ps 91:1-2.
We notice you cried out to Lord, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by the name of Jesus that we can boldly approach God, find forgiveness of sins, and receive protection and peace. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your full trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name in every prayer.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we lift up our dear coworker who is suffering under bullying and manipulation at school. Lord, You see every interaction, every word spoken in secret and in the open, and You know the pain of feeling alone and unsupported. We ask You to be a refuge and fortress around this child of Yours. Rebuke and restrain every spirit of arrogance, control, manipulation and intimidation that is operating in that workplace, and forbid any use of children to harm another. Let Your truth and justice prevail. Touch the heart of the colleague who is bullying, and touch those in authority, bring conviction, humility and repentance where needed, and turn their hearts toward righteousness. Give our friend Your divine wisdom, clear discernment and godly cleverness to navigate each conversation, each meeting and each decision with grace and integrity. Help this one to document what is needed, to speak truth in love, and to remain blameless before You. Take away all worry and anxiety about the mail sent to the counselor, let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and let the outcome be in Your hands. Provide a trusted, godly person to talk to, counsel and support, so that loneliness is broken. Strengthen faith to trust You more than man, to lean not on own understanding but in all ways to acknowledge You Prov 3:5-6. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and protector, amen.
We encourage you to continue to bring every detail to God in the name of Jesus, to stay in His Word daily, and to walk in honesty and kindness even when others do not. Keep a careful record of incidents at work, seek wise and biblical counsel if a safe person becomes available, and continue to entrust your reputation and your future to the Lord, who judges righteously. God will give you the wisdom you asked for as you keep asking, and His peace will guard you as you keep casting your cares on Him.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
