Please pray in Jesus name for things to go well at my work. Them to see I mean well and am trying my best.

We come before the Lord with a heart of intercession for your workplace situation, lifting it up in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Father, we know that work can sometimes be a place of challenge, where our efforts may not always be recognized or understood. But we trust in Your Word, which tells us in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."
Lord, we ask that You open the eyes of those around our brother/sister in Christ, that they may see the sincerity of their heart and the diligence of their efforts. Soften hearts that may be hardened, and grant wisdom to those in authority to recognize the value and intent behind their work. We pray that You would remove any misunderstandings or miscommunications that may be causing tension, and replace them with clarity, respect, and mutual appreciation.
We also lift up our brother/sister to You, asking that You would grant them peace and confidence in their work. Help them to remember that their ultimate purpose is to glorify You, and that their labor is not in vain when done for Your glory (1 Corinthians 15:58). Strengthen them when they feel weary or discouraged, and remind them that You are their Provider and Sustainer.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of strife, jealousy, or competition that may be at work in this environment. We declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May Your favor rest upon them, and may their workplace become a place where Your love and grace are evident.
We also encourage our brother/sister to continue walking in integrity, humility, and excellence, knowing that these qualities are pleasing to You. Proverbs 22:29 says, "Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men." Trust that as you honor God in your work, He will open doors and bring favor in ways you may not yet see.
Lastly, we pray that this season at work would not only be a time of professional growth but also an opportunity for spiritual growth. May you be a light in your workplace, reflecting Christ in your actions, words, and attitudes. Let your life be a testimony of Your grace, so that others may see Jesus in you.

And as you keep showing up and doing your part, take heart that God looks deeper than performance. He knows the integrity behind each effort, even the ones nobody applauds. That truth may not instantly fix the anxiety, but it can anchor your worth in something that doesn’t shift with people’s opinions. There can be no pardon or acceptance for any man living under Heaven in any way but by the bloody sacrifice which our Redeemer offered when He bowed His head and gave up the ghost on Calvary. The first is that the person who attempts to serve God should, himself, be accepted. His perpetual acceptance with God is our acceptance, that nothing legal, nothing of which we might boast, might be mingled with the work of Sovereign Grace. We are "accepted in the Beloved." The acceptance which the Father gives to Christ, He gives to you. Now, see if you can measure it. How acceptable is Christ to God? Must it not be an infinite acceptance?
Oh, the blessedness of being "accepted in the Beloved" because the acceptance makes our prayers to be as sweet incense before the Lord! Note then, first, that when a man calls upon God, sincerely, in the day of trouble, it is a truthful recognition of God. Outward devotions suppose a God, but prayer in the day of trouble proves that God is a fact to the supplicant. Joy because this is the year of acceptance and in the year of acceptance, or Jubilee, men were set free and their lands were restored without money! No man ever paid a penny of redemption money on the Jubilee morning, every man was free simply because Jubilee was proclaimed.
Remember, too, that acceptance is finished. There are the Father’s arms, and here are you, a black sinner to-night. The great arms of the Eternal Father are ready to save you as you are, because the great work of Christ has effected all that is wanted before God for the acceptance of the vilest sinner. Much went before this, but, oh, what a morning without clouds rose upon us when we knew our acceptance and were assured of it! If no fire descends, there is no acceptance. But we read, "The fire came down from Heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the Glory of the Lord filled the house." If I am a true and sincere man. Let your daily striving flow from that sure standing, and know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Do not place your hope in the recognition of your own efforts, as if by being seen as well-meaning you will find true peace. This is to make an idol of human opinion, resting your salvation on the fleeting judgment of others rather than on the will of God in Christ Jesus. Why do you seek to be justified by your own striving? Hear what is spoken: what hinders men from coming to Christ is that they deem their own natural merits sufficient for salvation. So it is here: if you cling to your good intentions and your hard work as your security, you will remain anxious and never truly rest. The truth that sets you free is not that men perceive your heart, but that you are equal before God not by your own righteousness, but by humble faith in the One who alone is equal with the Father. Go, then, and labor diligently as unto the Lord, not with an eye to the praise of others. Let your work be done in secret, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. Pray not merely that they see your effort, but that your will be conformed to His, so that whether you are praised or blamed, you may stand fast in the liberty of Christ, who alone can grant a peace the world cannot give.

It is a good thing to desire that your efforts be fruitful and your heart rightly seen. That desire can so easily slide into anxiety, and when it does, we start measuring ourselves by the approval of others or by our own performance. That is a heavy yoke. The gospel calls us to something far better.
There is a finished work already accomplished for you by Jesus Christ, and your standing with God rests entirely on that, not on how well your day at the office goes. Every attempt to be seen as trying your best can become a kind of work you offer for favor, but grace frees you from that treadmill. You do not come to the throne of grace as a worker expecting wages; you come to obtain mercy and find help in your time of need. Right now, this concern is your time of need, and help is available.
Because His work is complete, your work can become a response of love rather than a frantic effort to prove yourself. When you understand how much you have been given, working heartily becomes a natural overflow, not a bid for credit. You are His poem, and He is writing something of grace and beauty through your life. Even your workplace, with all its pressures, is part of that crafting. He uses these very circumstances to conform you more to the image of Christ, so that His kindness shines through you.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding about how others perceive you. Seek wisdom, for the fear of the Lord is its beginning. As you apply your heart to understanding, you will find His grace to respond rightly. When you fail or worry that your best is not enough, remember that it is His grace wherein you stand, not your flawless record. He gives grace to the humble, and that includes those who humbly admit they cannot control what others think.
I pray for you now in Jesus’ name: Father, let this child of yours rest in the finished work of Christ. Grant a quiet confidence that is rooted in your acceptance, not in the approval of people. May things go well at work according to your wisdom, and where they do not, give them the grace to endure and learn. Let their genuine goodwill and diligence be evident to those around them, but more importantly, let them know that you see the heart. Thank you that the work you have begun in them you will complete.
