We come before the Lord together, lifting up this request for protection at work and for the outcome of the meeting that took place on December 15th. We stand firm on the promise found in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says the Lord." This is a powerful assurance that God is our defender and protector.
Father, we ask that You would indeed shield and guard against any wickedness or evil plans devised against this dear one at their workplace. We pray that Your angels would encamp around them, as it says in Psalm 34:7, "The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them." Let Your presence be a fortress, and Your love a strong tower where they can find refuge.
Lord, we also bring before You the meeting that took place on December 15th. We ask that You would let the outcome be favorable, not by human standards alone, but according to Your perfect will. Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed." We trust that You are working all things together for good, even when we cannot see it.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may be trying to take root in this situation. We declare that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18), and we choose to rest in Your love and sovereignty. Let this one walk in confidence, knowing that their steps are ordered by You (Psalm 37:23).
We also encourage this dear one to continue seeking You in all things, to commit their work to You, and to trust in Your provision and timing. Colossians 3:23-24 says, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We ask that You would go before this one, make their paths straight, and let Your will be done in their workplace and in every area of their life. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find salvation. Amen.
