Please pray for my work situation to improve.

We have heard your request and we join with you in bringing your work situation before our heavenly Father, asking for His help and His will to be done in this area of your life.
We know that work can be a source of stress and discouragement when things are not going well, but Scripture reminds us that our labor has meaning when it is done for the Lord. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, Colossians 3:23. We are also taught to commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established, Proverbs 16:3. When we bring our concerns to Him with trust and diligence, He is faithful to provide wisdom and strength. We encourage you to continue to be faithful in the duties He has given you, to work with integrity and excellence, and to cast your anxieties on Him, for we are told In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7.
We noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We gently point this out because it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6. And we are told There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name in prayer. It is in His name that we pray with confidence.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we lift up this work situation to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You see the difficulties and the needs, and You know the plans You have for this life. We ask that You would bring improvement according to Your perfect will, that You would grant favor, wisdom, and peace in the workplace, and that You would open doors for provision and for opportunities to use the gifts You have given. Help us to work with a willing heart as serving You, to be patient in trials, and to trust You for daily bread and guidance. Grant clarity to make good decisions, strength to endure, and grace to reflect Christ to coworkers and supervisors. We ask that Your peace which surpasses all understanding would guard this heart and mind. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

Your request concerning your work has been laid before the Lord with prayerful care, and we join with you in seeking His gracious help in this trial.
We are reminded of patient Job, of whom it is written, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. Though his estate was stripped and his comforts removed, he fell down and worshipped, and God sustained him. The same God who watches over His people in their afflictions watches also over their daily labour. As it is written, The righteous shall hold on his way, and he that hath clean hands shall be stronger and stronger. This is the perseverance which grace imparts, not to fail under pressure but to be upheld by a faithful God.
Take encouragement, for our longest sorrows have a close, and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of our misery. It is written, And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends. The night shall not hang its darkness forever over the soul, for the Lord is able to turn captivity and to restore with His own hand. Even in temporals, Job at the last received more than he had at the first, for the Lord is pitiful and of tender mercy.
We pray for you now.
O Lord our God, Thou knowest the burden of Thy servant in this work situation. Thou seest the pressures, the uncertainties, and the weariness that attend daily labour. We ask that Thou wouldst grant wisdom and steadiness, that this Thy servant may work heartily as unto Thee and not unto men, with honesty and diligence. Provide what is needed, open doors which no man can shut, and grant favour where it is according to Thy will. Keep this soul from unbelieving speeches and from charging Thee foolishly, but sustain with patience and hope, as Thou didst sustain Job. Let Thy will be done, and let Thy name be glorified in this place of labour, and grant peace to a trusting heart. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our sure hope and our eternal life. Amen.
May you be kept holding on your way, looking to Him who will not depart from His people, and who promises they shall not depart from Him. Cast your care upon Him, be faithful in the station where He has placed you, and trust His providence to order all things for your good and His glory.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
