We understand that you are facing a work-related problem and we are here to pray and support you through this challenge. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our work. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
We need to ensure that we are approaching this situation with the right heart and motives, seeking to glorify God in all that we do. If there is any bitterness, anger, or resentment, we need to release that and trust God to handle the situation. As it is written in Romans 12:18 WEB, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing a work-related problem. We pray that Your will be done in this situation and that You would guide them through the Holy Spirit. Give them wisdom and discernment to navigate this challenge, and help them to respond in a way that honors You.
We pray in Jesus name:
We rebuke any spirit of contention, strife, or discord that may be causing this problem. We bless their workplace and speak peace and harmony over it. We ask that You would turn this situation around for good, and that our brother/sister would emerge from this stronger and more anointed than before.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who taught us to pray saying 'Our Father.' We also remind you of Jesus' words in John 16:23 WEB, 'Most assuredly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you.' It is only in the name of Jesus that we are saved and can approach God the Father.
Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for being a very present help in times of trouble. We trust You with the outcome of this situation and we believe that You are working all things together for good.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
