Work Problems

Lord please give me strength and insight during this difficult transition at work. I have worked so hard to get to the position I am in only to feel discouraged and unheard during this transition. I am so thankful to you that I have employment. Please Give me patience and guide me into the right direction for my career path. I pray the negativity and stress levels decrease in the work place.
