We join with you in bringing your work situation before the Lord and seeking His will together in Jesus name. We understand your desire for your work situation to improve, for provision of an office, and for guidance toward a better position in His perfect timing, and we count it a privilege to pray with you.
The Lord cares about our work and He calls us to do it faithfully as unto Him. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. We are also taught to Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3. This reminds us that while we can make plans and have desires for improvement and advancement, we place them in His hands and trust Him to establish our steps. Promotion and opportunity do not come merely from man, for neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another Psalm 75:6-7. We can rest in knowing He sees your diligence, your needs, and your heart.
We also hear your prayer to find a better position when the time is right, and that desire for right timing honors God. His timing is perfect and His plans for you are good, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. While we wait, He calls us to be faithful and content where He has placed us, learning to trust Him day by day, and to pray with thanksgiving, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently share why His name is so essential. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. To come to God we place our faith in Jesus, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. It is in His name we pray with confidence, and we encourage you to put your trust fully in Him for your work and for your whole life.

You know the details of this work situation, every challenge, every need, and every hope for an office and for future opportunity. We ask that You bring peace and improvement to this workplace, that You provide favor and open doors that no man can shut if it is Your will to grant an office and a better position. Guide every step and grant wisdom to work with excellence and integrity as unto You. Help our friend to wait patiently on Your timing, to grow in contentment and trust, and to commit all plans to You. Let Your will be done in this career and let Your name be glorified through it. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

Your request concerning your work has been brought before the Lord with thankfulness that you would seek His hand in these matters. We join you in prayer that the God of all providence, who appoints our place and our portion, would be gracious to you in your daily labor.
We are reminded of Job, who in much trial kept right with God and at the last found that the Lord turned his captivity. The Lord knows what it is to labor and to wait, and He sees your desire for a better situation, for a proper place to work, and for a position more suited to your gifts when His time is right. As it was said of Job, his glory was fresh in him and his bow was renewed in his hand, so we pray that the Lord would anoint you with fresh oil and renew your strength for the work He has given you now, and in His wisdom open the door to what is next if it be for your good and His glory.
Let us pray together. O Father, merciful and sovereign, Thou hast set each man in his field of service. We ask Thee to look upon this Thy servant in his work. Grant patience under any trial, diligence in all duty, and contentment to do all as unto Christ. If it please Thee, make the present situation more peaceful and fruitful, provide a proper office and place of labor, and in Thy perfect timing, direct to a better position where gifts may be more usefully employed. Keep this one from anxious haste, and help him to trust Thy goodness, knowing that Thou withholdest no good thing from them that walk uprightly. Lead by Thy Spirit, provide by Thy hand, and let all be done for the honor of Jesus Christ our Lord, in whose name we pray. Amen.
Be steadfast in prayer and faithful in the work of your hands where you are now planted, for the Lord often prepares us in the present place for the future He has appointed. Cast your care upon Him, continue in honest labor, and wait upon His providence, for His reserves of mercy are sure and His timing is best.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
