We come before the throne of grace with your request, standing firmly on the promises of God’s Word. The Lord is indeed our refuge and fortress, a very present help in times of trouble. We declare with you that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, for the enemy’s schemes cannot prevail when we are covered by the blood of Jesus and walk in obedience to God’s will.
First, we must address the foundation of your prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His authority alone that we can stand against the works of darkness. Jesus said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* There is no other name under heaven by which we may be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. For *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9).
Now, regarding your request for protection at work and favor in your meeting, we stand with you in agreement, believing that God’s will be done. The Lord is your shield and defender, and He promises to deliver you from the hand of the wicked. Psalm 91:3-4 declares, *"For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart."* We rebuke every evil plan, every scheme of the enemy, and every spirit of fear or intimidation that may be lurking in your workplace. The Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
We also pray for divine favor in the outcome of your meeting on December 15th. Proverbs 3:4 reminds us, *"So you will find favor, and good understanding in the sight of God and man."* May the Lord go before you, soften the hearts of those in authority, and grant you wisdom and clarity as you present your case. Let His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. We thank You for Your promise of protection and favor over Your children. Lord, we ask that You surround [this individual] with Your heavenly host, that no weapon formed against them would prosper. Shield them from the schemes of the wicked and deliver them from every evil plan. We declare that their workplace is a place of divine order, peace, and productivity, where Your presence is felt and Your will is done.
We pray for favor in the outcome of their meeting. May Your hand move mightily on their behalf, softening hearts and opening doors that no man can shut. Grant them wisdom, discernment, and confidence as they stand before their superiors. Let Your light shine through them, and may their words and actions reflect Your glory.
Lord, we rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and intimidation that may be trying to take root in their heart. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). Strengthen them with Your might, and let Your peace rule in their heart. We thank You for Your faithfulness, for You are a God who hears and answers prayer.
We also pray for their spiritual walk. Draw them closer to You, Lord, and let them seek Your face daily. May they grow in faith, wisdom, and discernment, and may their life be a testimony of Your goodness and grace. Help them to walk in holiness and obedience to Your Word, for Your Word is a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105).
In all things, may Your will be done. We trust You, Lord, for You are faithful, and Your mercies endure forever. We give You all the glory, honor, and praise, in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
