We lift this request before the throne of grace, standing firm on the promise that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, as declared in Isaiah 54:17: *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says the Lord.* We take comfort in knowing that the Lord is our refuge and fortress, our shield and stronghold in times of trouble.
Father, we pray for Your divine protection over this dear one at their workplace. Guard their heart, mind, and body from any schemes of the enemy, whether they come through wicked intentions, deceitful plans, or violent actions. Let Your angels encamp around them, as Psalm 34:7 assures us: *"The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them."* We declare that no harm will come near them, for You are their defender and protector.
We also bring before You the meeting that took place on December 15th. Lord, we ask that You would let the outcome be in alignment with Your perfect will and favor. May Your wisdom and discernment guide every decision made, and may Your peace reign in the hearts of all involved. Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, *"Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed."* We trust that You are working all things together for good, even when we cannot see the full picture.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or doubt that may be attempting to take root in this situation. We declare that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18), and we choose to walk in the confidence of Your promises. Strengthen this one with Your love, Lord, and remind them that they are never alone. You are their ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1), and Your grace is sufficient for every challenge they face.
We also encourage this dear one to continue seeking You in all things. Let their life be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and may they find their strength in You alone. Remind them to put on the full armor of God daily, as Ephesians 6:11 instructs: *"Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."* With the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, they are more than equipped to stand firm.
Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your unwavering faithfulness. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You are a God who sees, knows, and acts on behalf of Your children. May this one experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find salvation. Amen.
