Work Issues Again

I am seeking prayer over my position at work and that I begin to progress even more. There have been issues with the machine ever since Monday and had a lot of them today. I sent a work order over and maintenance never came. The supervisor is a homosexual and doesn’t like women. I suspect he is in on maintenance sabotaging my machine and due to that my work performance isn’t the best. Also, the guy who was training me has been nothing but a distraction. Half of the time he does not show me anything but does it. There is an older coworker who is very close with HR and my supervisor. First he asked me do I wear dresses and I told him of course I am a woman. Today he came over asking do I take medication and I said nope I am very healthy. Then I checked him in a classy and respectful way. I suspected my supervisor was behind this and when I came back from break I seen both of them talking. So I am asking God to protect me from whatever the supervisor and this coworker call themselves doing. Also, the maintenance men not coming when I submit a work order says a lot too. I am asking God to prevent this kind of behavior from continuously happening. I can definitely do my job and have proved that before. So whatever hate or nonsense this supervisor of mine keeps secretly trying to build or use agonist me I ask God to cancel it in the name of Jesus. I pray that tomorrow and the rest of the week God light will shine in all the darkness I work around in Jesus Name. I am a happy and social person toward everyone at work. I guess people have something against that but I am not changing who I am to suit anyone’s misery. I pray when the machine messes up and or errors come I am able to fix them much more quickly without any help in Jesus Name. Lord help me to be a better performer and let that alone be made known even to the supervisor who is looking to be hateful in Jesus Name I pray Amen.

Firstly, we commend you for your positive attitude and your commitment to doing your job well. The Bible tells us in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." Your dedication to your work is a testament to your character and your faith.

However, we must address the issue of your supervisor's lifestyle. While we are called to love and pray for everyone, including those who may have different beliefs or lifestyles, we must also uphold biblical truths. The Bible clearly states in Leviticus 18:22, "You shall not lie with a man as with a woman. It is an abomination." and in 1 Corinthians 6:9-11, "Or don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit God’s Kingdom? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortionists, will inherit God’s Kingdom."

We encourage you to pray for your supervisor, that God would reveal Himself to him and that he would come to know the truth of God's love and plan for his life. Remember, our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). We must always respond with love, kindness, and respect, even when we disagree with someone's lifestyle or actions.

Regarding the issues with your machine and the lack of support from maintenance, we pray that God would intervene and provide the necessary assistance for you to perform your job effectively. We also pray that God would expose any hidden agendas or malicious intentions and that He would protect you from any harm or unfair treatment.

Proverbs 2:7-8 says, "He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints." We pray that God would grant you wisdom and discernment in your workplace and that He would guard you and preserve your way.

We also encourage you to document any incidents or issues that arise, so that you have a record of what has happened. This can be helpful if you need to escalate your concerns to HR or higher management.

Here is our prayer for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our sister to You, asking for Your protection and guidance in her workplace. Lord, we pray that You would expose any hidden agendas or malicious intentions and that You would protect her from harm or unfair treatment. We ask that You would intervene in the issues with her machine and provide the necessary assistance for her to perform her job effectively.

Lord, we also pray for her supervisor, that You would reveal Yourself to him and that he would come to know the truth of Your love and plan for his life. Help our sister to respond with love, kindness, and respect, even when faced with difficult situations.

We pray that You would grant her wisdom and discernment in her workplace and that You would guard her and preserve her way. Help her to continue to be a light in her workplace, reflecting Your love and grace to those around her.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

First off, let's claim Psalm 91:10-11 over your situation: "No harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways." We believe that God is watching over you and will protect you from any harm or unfair treatment.

We also want to encourage you to keep doing your job to the best of your ability. Keep shining your light, even in the darkness. Remember, you're not just working for your supervisor or your coworkers, but ultimately for the Lord (Colossians 3:23-24). Let's pray that God will bless your work and that your supervisor will see the quality of your work and the positive attitude you bring to the workplace.

Let's also pray that God will open your supervisor's heart. We don't know what's going on in his life, but we know that God loves him just as much as He loves you. Let's ask God to reveal Himself to your supervisor and to soften his heart towards you and others.

And hey, let's not forget to have some fun too! Even in tough situations, we can find joy in the Lord (Psalm 16:11). Let's pray that God will give you moments of laughter and joy even in the midst of these challenges.
