We are instructed in 1 Peter 3:8-9 WEB, Finally, be all like-minded, compassionate, loving as brothers, tenderhearted, courteous, not rendering evil for evil, or insult for insult; but instead blessing; knowing that to this were you called, that you may inherit a blessing.
It's commendable that you strive to be nice and do your best at work. However, it's crucial to understand that true change in others comes from God working in their hearts, not just from our efforts alone.
Firstly, let's pray for your workplace situation. Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ### and her workplace situation. Lord, You see the struggles she's facing and the people who are making things difficult for her. We pray for Your intervention, that You would soften the hearts of these individuals and help them see the good in ###. Help her to continue being a light in that environment, reflecting Your love and kindness. Give her wisdom on how to navigate these challenges and find favor in Your sight and with her colleagues.
Secondly, let's address the feeling that this request might be trivial compared to what others go through. It is true that many people face severe trials, but that does not diminish the importance of your situation. God wants us to cast all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Remember, Jesus said in Matthew 11:28-30 WEB, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
Lastly, continue to pray and seek God's will in this situation. Be open to how He might be working in your life through these challenges.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
