We come before the Lord with a heart of gratitude for the work He has entrusted to you and your team. It is wonderful to see your dedication and effort in meeting the sales goals set before you. We recognize that all good things come from God, and every ability and opportunity to work is a gift from Him.
The Bible reminds us in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your labor is not in vain, and we trust that the Lord sees your hard work and will bless the work of your hands.
Father God, we lift up this request to You, asking that You would open the doors for this team to receive the full bonus they have worked so hard to achieve. We pray that You would move in the hearts of those in authority, granting them wisdom and generosity to recognize the efforts of this team. May Your favor rest upon them, and may this blessing be a testimony of Your provision and faithfulness. We ask that You would also use this time to draw each member of the team closer to You, reminding them that their ultimate reward comes from serving You.
We also want to encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all that you do. Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed." Trust in Him with your career, your finances, and every aspect of your life. If there are any areas where you or your team may be struggling with anxiety or doubt, we pray that God would replace those feelings with peace and confidence in His promises.
Lord, we also ask that You would guard the hearts of everyone on this team. Help them to remain humble in success and to give You all the glory. May this bonus, if it is Your will, be used for Your kingdom and to bless others, reflecting the love of Christ in all they do.
In Jesus' name, we pray, for it is by His name alone that we have access to You, and it is through faith in Him that we are saved. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to provide for Your children. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
