We understand that you're seeking God's help for your work and life to go smoothly and easily, and for abundant spiritual energy. We're here to pray with you and offer biblical encouragement.
Firstly, it's wonderful that you've ended your prayer with "in Jesus' name, amen." It's important to remember that Jesus said, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." (John 16:23-24 WEB)
Now, let's look at what the Bible says about work and life. In Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, it says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." This verse reminds us that our work should be done wholeheartedly for the Lord, not just for human masters or for personal gain. When we work for the Lord, He will reward us.
Regarding life's ease, Jesus said, "In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world." (John 16:33 WEB) While we can pray for a smooth and easy life, we should also remember that Jesus promised us that there will be troubles. But He has overcome the world, and we can take heart in that.
As for spiritual energy, the Bible tells us that God is the source of our strength. In Isaiah 40:31 WEB, it says, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who has asked for Your help. Lord, guide their steps in their work and life, and help them to do everything as unto You. Grant them the strength and endurance to face any troubles they may encounter, knowing that Jesus has overcome the world. Fill them with Your Spirit, that they may have abundant spiritual energy that will last forever. Help them to wait on You, Lord, that their strength may be renewed.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
