Wonderful habits we should follow.

Jesus loves you and cares for you. He does not want anyone to perish but have eternal life in heaven. So, let us all follow this wonderful habit to overcome fear and worry.

a. Remove bad foods from your life. Eat healthy natural foods that will lift up your spirit and keep you fit to run a mile a day.
b. Eat like Daniel the prophet. Natural and healthy foods that will keep your body and soul running the race that lead us all to heaven.
c. Always eat breakfast to make you strong and ready to obey God's word.
d. Increase your physical activity like running, swimming, walking, and biking. While you do this, pray, talk to Jesus. Ask Him to keep you healthy and fit to glorify His name.
e. Eat your meals with family members and thank God for the wonderful things He brings to your table.
f. Small healthy habits add up and compound into a better quality of life.

Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with thy soul.
3John 1:2

Habits that come from heaven are wonderful. Be polite to anyone who comes along. Smile just as Jesus would smile, offer help to those who need it, and pay compliments to those who deserve. Say please and thank you to those kind-hearted people who come along your path. Jesus shines on your life when you are nice and helpful to others.

Prayer: Almighty God I praise you for your incomparable power and your incomprehensible glory. I know that my future rests in your will, your grace, and your salvation. Please work powerfully in me through your Holy Spirit to make me more like you, not for my glory, but for yours. Please go with me as I journey toward this future. I believe you always keep Your promises to me—no matter how impossible my situation looks. Strengthen my faith! Please be glorified in the way I live my life today, this year, and for as long as you give me life on this earth. God do the same for the person who posted this prayer. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
