Woke Up With Boil Bottom Of Foot And Face

I have been having what I suspect are possible symptoms of diabetes for a while now and this morning I woke up with boils on bottom of my foot and one on my face. I am really scared and need to go to Dr. Please God give me the strength and resources to go and help me change my diet and lifestyle and heal these issues for me (diabetes runs in the family and I am scared for my children as well)...I have also been experiencing high blood pressure...please help me Jesus, Amen.
