We understand your concern about the moral direction of our society and the political landscape. As believers, we are called to discern right from wrong based on biblical principles, not on political affiliations. The scripture you mentioned, "Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!" from Isaiah 5:20 WEB, is a stark reminder of the consequences of distorting moral values.
We must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places, Ephesians 6:12 WEB. Therefore, we should not hate anyone, including political figures, but rather pray for them and speak the truth in love. As it is written, "He who doesn't love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen? 21This commandment we have from him, that he who loves God should also love his brother," 1 John 4:20-21 WEB.

Help us, as your people, to stand firm on your word, to speak the truth in love, and to be a light in the darkness. Help us to love even our enemies and those who stand against us. Give us wisdom on how to be light in this dark world and be able to stand as an example to everyone we meet. We ask that your will be done above all else.
Scripture is clear when it says, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." Jesus is the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Him.
