Withdrawl Symptoms From Sleep Meds

I was taking over the counter sleeping meds for about 7 years.  Little did I know it would become a severe addiction.  Even my kids would find them and tell me to stop taking them. It was getting worse .  I have stopped taking them completely and it has been about 4 nights without any and I am feeling the withdrawal symptoms.  Can't sleep at night, headaches, congested and stuffed up, very tierd and nauseous.  Please pray for me that my I am able to get through these withdrawal symptoms and able to never be addicted again to these pills. Thank you.
