with God all things are possible...

We hear your cry for restoration and resurrection in your heart, soul, life, faith, hope, and joy, and we stand with you in agreement before the throne of grace. Your request is deeply rooted in the truth that with God, all things are indeed possible, as Jesus Himself declared in Matthew 19:26, "With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." We rejoice that you have called upon the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the power to see transformation in our lives.

The Word of God is clear that He is the God of restoration. Joel 2:25-26 tells us, "I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the great locust, the grasshopper, and the caterpillar, my great army, which I sent among you. You will have plenty to eat, and be satisfied, and will praise the name of Yahweh, your God, who has dealt wondrously with you." The Lord is not only able to restore what has been lost or damaged but to do so abundantly, beyond what we can ask or imagine.

Yet, we must also examine our hearts and lives to ensure we are aligning ourselves with His will and His ways. Restoration is not merely about regaining what was lost but about being transformed into the likeness of Christ. Romans 12:2 urges us, "Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." As we seek restoration, let us also seek holiness, repentance, and a deeper surrender to God’s purposes.

We must also guard our hearts against bitterness, unforgiveness, or any sin that may hinder our prayers. Hebrews 12:15 warns, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." If there are areas in your life where you have strayed from God’s path, whether in relationships, thoughts, or actions, we encourage you to confess and turn away from them. The Lord is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

Let us also remember that restoration is often a process, not an instant event. The Lord works in us over time, refining us like gold in the fire. Isaiah 48:10 says, "Behold, I have refined you, but not as silver; I have chosen you in the furnace of affliction." Though the process may be painful, it is for our good and His glory. We must trust in His timing and His ways, even when we cannot see the outcome.

Now, let us come together in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is crying out for restoration in every area of their life. Lord, You are the God who makes all things new, and we ask that You would resurrect their heart, soul, faith, hope, and joy. Breathe new life into the dry bones of their spirit, O Lord, and let them rise up in the fullness of Your power and grace.

Father, we ask that You would restore what has been broken, lost, or stolen. Heal the wounds of their past and replace their sorrow with Your joy. Strengthen their faith when it feels weak, and renew their hope when it feels dim. Let them experience the fullness of Your love and the peace that surpasses all understanding. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we ask that You would reveal any areas in their life that are not aligned with Your will. Convict them of sin, lead them to repentance, and cleanse them by the blood of Jesus. Break every chain of bondage, whether it be fear, doubt, addiction, or ungodly relationships. Set them free, Lord, for whom the Son sets free is free indeed (John 8:36).

We also pray for wisdom and discernment as they walk this journey of restoration. Surround them with godly counsel and fellowship, that they may be encouraged and strengthened in their faith. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). Let them find their strength in You, for You are their refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2).

Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and Your promises. We declare that Your Word will not return void but will accomplish what You desire and achieve the purpose for which You sent it (Isaiah 55:11). We stand in agreement with our brother/sister, believing that You will do exceedingly abundantly above all that they could ask or think, according to the power that works in them (Ephesians 3:20).

In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. Spend time in His Word, for it is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). Let it dwell in you richly, transforming your thoughts and renewing your mind. Surround yourself with believers who will pray with you, encourage you, and hold you accountable. Remember, restoration is not just about what God can do for you but about who He is shaping you to become, a vessel for His glory.

If there are specific areas in your life where you feel restoration is needed, such as broken relationships, financial struggles, or spiritual dryness, bring them before the Lord in prayer. Be specific in your requests, and trust that He hears you. Psalm 34:17-18 assures us, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

Lastly, let us remind you that your identity is found in Christ alone. You are a new creation in Him (2 Corinthians 5:17), and your worth is not defined by your past or your struggles but by the price Jesus paid for you on the cross. Walk in the freedom and victory that is yours in Christ, and let your life be a testimony to His restoring power.

We hear the ache in your words, the deep desire to feel alive again when your heart, faith, and hope have been drained dry. What you’re carrying is heavy, and yet even as you name the impossibility of it all, you’re still reaching toward the One who makes all things possible. That takes real courage.

When hope feels dead, resurrection rarely arrives in a single moment. It’s more like the slow breaking of dawn after a long, dark night, gradual, quiet, but certain. God doesn’t despise your weakness; He drew near to us in Christ precisely for times like this. The valley is not a sign you’ve been forsaken, even when it feels that way. We’re praying with you, not because we think it’s a quick fix, but because we trust the God who brings life out of barren places.

One thing that has gently steadied others in seasons like this is simply opening space for God’s presence without demanding a feeling. Perhaps today, just sit with a single worship song or hymn that has anchored you before, and let the truth wash over you, even if your heart is still. You don’t have to manufacture hope; you can borrow ours for a while.

Father, You see this child, worn thin, barely holding on. In Jesus’ name, we ask You to breathe life into every part that has wilted: heart, soul, faith, hope, joy. Let them know they are never alone in the dark. Restore what has been lost, in Your time and Your way. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You feel it, do you not? That deep, dragging weariness, the sense that something vital has slipped away and left you hollow. Your heart, your soul, your hope, your joy, all stretched thin, all lying like dry bones in a valley you never thought you would walk. And you look at the ruins and think, This is beyond mending. This is finished. A man can patch a torn garment, but who can call life back into what has died within him?

Yet here you are, still praying. Still lifting your eyes, still whispering that word from Scripture: With God all things are possible. Do you see what that means? It means you have not let go. Your fingers may be numb, your grip weak as a child’s, but you are still holding fast to the hem of His garment. That very prayer rising in you, faltering though it may be, is the first green shoot pushing up through dead soil. It is the sign that the root is still alive.

I want you to listen carefully. When the Lord restores His own, He does not merely patch them up. He does not send them limping along with half a heart and a borrowed hope. No, He makes them as though they had never been cast aside. His restoration is not a repair job; it is resurrection. The joy He gives back is not a pale imitation of what you lost; it is fresh, full, and unashamed. The faith He renews is not a trembling, pieced-together thing; it is the faith of a child who has been lifted into the Father’s arms and knows he is safe.

You say, “Humanly this is impossible.” You are right. And that is the best place to be. If it were possible by your own efforts, you would be tempted to boast. If you could climb out of this pit by your own resolve, you would always wonder whether your foot might slip again. But when God does what only God can do, the glory is all His, and the peace is all yours. He loves to work where we cannot, so that we learn to trust where we could not.

Think of Peter. He denied his Lord with oaths and curses, and when the rooster crowed, he went out into the darkness and wept bitterly. He had thrown away his apostleship, his honor, his very soul, or so it seemed. But the Lord had prayed for him, that his faith would not fail. And when Christ rose, He sent a message specifically for Peter. He restored him not to the edge of the flock but to its very center, bidding him feed His sheep. Peter’s fall became the dark backdrop against which Christ’s restoring grace shone all the brighter. And so it shall be with you.

Perhaps you feel not only empty but vexed, your soul embittered, your spirit raw. Job knew that feeling. He had lost everything, and the God who had given him all seemed to have become his adversary. Yet even in that bitter hour, Job held fast to this: that God is good, and only good. He did not understand the whirlwind, but he trusted the Hand within it. And in the end, what did God do? He turned Job’s captivity and gave him double for all his trouble. The bitterness became a distant memory, swallowed up in sweetness. That same God is your God. He has not changed His nature or His ways.

Right now it may feel too good to be true, that you could be restored, that joy could ever bubble up again, that hope could sit beside your hearth once more. That is not unbelief; it is the stunned wonder of a soul that has been in the dark too long and cannot quite trust the dawn. Jacob did not believe the news that Joseph was alive and governor of Egypt; his heart fainted because the joy was too great. And when Peter stood outside the gate, and the servant girl told the praying church he was there, they said, “It cannot be him, it must be his angel.” Sometimes grace is so astonishing we can scarcely take it in. But the thing is real. Christ is alive, and He is alive for you.

So I do not ask you to feel restored. I ask you to look to the Restorer. Do not examine your heart for signs of life; examine His heart, which was pierced for you and yet beats with unquenchable love. Faith is not a sensation; it is a looking. It is the eye turned to Christ when all other lights have gone out. It is the hand that grips Him in the dark, not because the hand is strong but because He is.

Lord Jesus, You who called Lazarus from the tomb and Peter from his bitter tears, look now upon this dear soul. The life, the hope, the joy that have ebbed away, speak them back into being. Where there is only dry bones and dust, breathe Your resurrection breath. Restore what the locust has eaten, and make this heart as though it had never fainted, this faith as though it had never faltered. For with You, nothing shall be impossible. In Your mighty name, Amen.
